L. Todd Budgen is a an attorney with almost two decades of legal experience in the Orlando metropolitan area. He has filed cases throughout Florida in state, bankruptcy and federal district courts, including winning oral arguments before the U.S. Court of Appeals.

Mr. Budgen has both transactional and litigation experience spanning diverse areas of law including creditor and debtor work in bankruptcy, employment and labor disputes, construction law, contract disputes and criminal law, including white collar. He has also served as an Assistant State Attorney. He is an approved Mortgage Modification Mediator with the US Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida (Orlando) and a certified circuit civil mediator, able to serve for all state circuit civil and bankruptcy court matters.
